1. Pulled pork slides with Carolina Cole Slaw (regular entree) or
2. Mediterranean roasted vegetable couscous (vegetarian entree but not gluten free)
Lunch also includes a mixes green salad with dried cherries, feta, and blackberry ginger balsamic vinaigrette,
a dessert - Eton Mess (whipped cream and strawberries and strawberry jam and meringue cookie parfait)
and water.
