Northville's TITLE Boxing Club offers challenging and fun boxing and kickboxing group fitness classes. We deliver the amazing results of boxing, minus the combat, for a total body workout. Burn up to 1,000 calories with authentic boxing inspired workouts focused on cardio, strength, and stress-busting exercises.

Classes consist of a warm-up, 8 rounds of boxing or kickboxing on a heavy bag, followed by core body exercises to sculpt and tone your body.
